Breakfast was really good, exceeded my expectation: fresh fruit, selection of cereals, marmalades and honey, vegan milk options. Even coffee from the coffee machine was enjoyable. We had room in the basement, but I didn't mind as we used the room for afternoon rest and overnights. I could open windows and have fresh air during night. Air-conditioning was functioning and cooled down the room. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was tiny, but clean and well functioning. Location super, with Circle/District line or Piccadilly line all important sites were easily accesible. Overall very satisfied!

We stayed at this accommodation for 3 nights. The room was very clean. We were welcomed in the room with a bottle of water, a few bags of instant coffee, a pack of coffee creamer, a few tea bags and some biscuits. We had clean towels every day. The breakfast was perfect, definitely above average. A wide selection of salami, cheese, fruit, vegetables and various drinks. Anamaria served us at breakfast and made our stay at this accommodation even more beautiful. The metro station is right opposite the hotel which made it much easier for us to move around the city.

Great value for our trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect as a base for exploring London. Tremendous location across the street from three Underground lines made it so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms are very small, no space to sit other than on bed. But that is as expected and we did not intend to use the rooms for other than sleeping anyway. Staff was very helpful with check-in, storing luggage, and anything else we needed. Thank you!

Style decor is like the underground (tube). The tiles...carpet motifs, even signs,which makes it kinda quirky nice. Very clean and so so so comfortable bed & pillows. Staff friendly & helpful. LOCATION...15 mins walk to main i.e Royal Albert Hall, venue we attended ,Natural History Museum etc...Gloucester Road Underground Station, shops,pubs and just across the road. I am planning to stay here again for our nxt wkend family trip.

I was given a room by the garden and got to hear the birds every morning. Room was clean and comfortable, excellent bathroom, decent breakfast, attentive housekeeping. Staff is friendly and helpful!
